Astral Separation: The separation of the energy form from the material body. This is sometimes referred to as astral projection. The energy form is able to move anywhere at the speed of thought.

Center: a state of mind where you are totally relaxed and calm.

Deep Relaxation: a technique in which one totally relaxes all of the muscles in his or her body.

Levitation: An event where the body or some object outside of the body, lifts from the ground as if flying.

Mental Image: A picture one forms in his mind (ex. Standing in a glade of fragrant flowers).

Telekinesis: The moving of mater solely by the power of the mind.

Telepathy: communication between two people through mental contact.

Trance: A state in which the mind is unaware of it's surrounding environment, often associated with center.
